The Babcock SB200 is a 2 inch clutch brake.
Two piece construction allows for installation without having to pull the transmission.
Easy Directions:
1. Remove clutch brake by cutting with air chisel. It is very important not to damage transmission shaft, face or throw out bearing. Wear eye protection.
2. Install half of new clutch brake by aligning tab on transmission shaft. Install second half aligning dove tails, then slip together.
3. Depress clutch to engage the Babcock Clutch Brake to properly align when driving in the locking pins. Drive locking pins in flush to secure brake.
4. Check clutch adjustment to make sure you have proper clearance.
