Shipping
Fleet Oil And Truck Supply calculates the shipping fees based on the value of the items you purchase. Some items in our store carry an additional shipping fee. This will be noted in the item description.
Most orders will be shipped the next business day via UPS Ground or United States Postal Service within the United States.
Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii may require additional shipping fees. You will receive an email with the total of your order.

International Shipping Policy
We use USPS, The United States Postal Service for all International shipping. We have found USPS extremely dependable. In most cases Priority Mail is delivered in about 10 days. Locally your package is usually cleared through your customs service and delivered using your domestic mail service. The time for your package to clear customs can vary depending on the time of the year.
Please Note: Many countries charge duty or tax on items imported. Please check your country's Customs Service website for information to estimate the duty charges, if any, for your order. Any duty or tax charges are the responsibility of the importer.
International Orders
Our web site is programmed to pre-authorize all International orders with a flat $100 fee. This is an estimation and the exact shipping charge is e-mailed out for confirmation. Your credit card will be charged the correct shipping fee. For PayPal customers we will either issue a refund or a request for additional funds after we determine the correct shipping fee. Items marked free shipping does not apply to international orders.
Shipments to Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, American Samoa and Guam
Our web site is programmed to pre-authorize all orders from Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, American Samoa and Guam with a flat $50 fee. This is an estimation and the exact shipping charge is e-mailed out for confirmation. Your credit card will be charged the correct shipping fee. For PayPal customers we will either issue a refund or a request for additional funds after we determine the correct shipping fee.

Ordering
To place an order:
Click on an item to view the information and larger image, and then click the "add to cart" button. You may add or subtract items in your shopping cart.
When you are ready to checkout, click the "next" button on the Shopping Cart Page. If you are ordering for the first time, you will need to create an account. If you are a returning customer, enter your e-mail address and password. (If you forgot your password you may enter your e-mail address and click "e-mail password" to have your password e-mailed to you.)
Verify your billing and shipping information, choose a shipping type from the drop-down box and click "checkout." The final step is to enter your credit card information and click "purchase". You may choose to pay with PayPal or Google Checkout.
Ordering online is safe. Our site uses SSL encryption from Thawte to securely handle all customer information. This protects your information from unauthorized access by any other parties.

Tracking an Order
When your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation e-mail that includes a UPS Tracking Link. Click on the link to view the progress of your order.

You will be notified if an item is back-ordered.
Return Policy
Fleet Oil And Truck Supply wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with the item when it arrives, simply return it for exchange or a refund on your credit card. We do not refund shipping fees. All returned items must be in new, unused condition and shipped freight prepaid. We do not accept COD returns.
