Ordering
To place an order:
Click on an item to view the information and larger image, and then click the "add to cart" button. You may add or subtract items in your shopping cart.
When you are ready to checkout, click the "next" button on the Shopping Cart Page. If you are ordering for the first time, you will need to create an account. If you are a returning customer, enter your e-mail address and password. (If you forgot your password you may enter your e-mail address and click "e-mail password" to have your password e-mailed to you.)
Verify your billing and shipping information, choose a shipping type from the drop-down box and click "checkout." The final step is to enter your credit card information and click "purchase."
You may choose "Google Checkout". Also, "International Checkout" is
available for international orders.
Ordering online is safe. Our site uses SSL encryption from Thawte to securely handle all customer information. This protects your information from unauthorized access by any other parties.
You will be notified if an item is back-ordered.
Return Policy
Fleet Oil And Truck Supply wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with the item when it arrives, simply return it for exchange or a refund on your credit card. We do not refund shipping fees. All returned items must be in new, unused condition and shipped freight prepaid. We do not accept COD returns.

Shipping
Fleet Oil And Truck Supply calculates the shipping fees based on the value of the items you purchase.
Some items in our store carry an additional shipping fee. This will be noted in the item description.
Most orders will be shipped the next business day via UPS Ground or United States Postal Service within the United States.
Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii may require additional shipping fees. You
will receive an email with the total of your order.

International Shipping Policy
Fleet Oil and Truck Supply has partnered with International Checkout, a trusted
third party company, to fulfill orders for our International customers. Simply
put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the
"International Checkout" option. Your items will be transferred to International
Checkout for processing. You may pay by International credit card, PayPal or
bank transfer. International Checkout will process your order, including
billing, shipping and customer service. Once your order is completed, all
inquiries should be directed to International Checkout at
cs@internationalcheckout.com

Fleet Oil and Truck Supply accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card
and PayPal.
Tracking an Order
When your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation e-mail that includes a UPS Tracking Link. Click on the link to view the progress of your order.
