Made in the USA!

Original Freightliner Style Locking Cap.
This is the cap you push down and turn one quarter turn.
Cap O.D. is 4 inches.
Cap I.D. 3-9/16 inches.
Four roll pins inside the cap are the attaching points, non-threaded.
Safety chain and crossbar included.
Made in the U.S.A.
