Shipping

Fleet Oil and Truck Supply Has a flat rate shipping fee of $14.99 to all states excluding Alaska, Hawaii or US Protectorates.

Fleet Oil and Truck Supply will ship your items in one to two business days depending on the time of day we receive the order. All items are shipped UPS, FED EX or USPS depending on the product.

Free shipping does not apply to sale or special orders items.
Items marked free shipping is in the 48 states and does not apply on orders going to Alaska, Hawaii or us protectorates.
The cost of shipping is generated by UPS, FED EX and USPS and may not be accurate. We will check the shipping and either request more funds or refund fees prior to shipping.

Any item that exceeds UPS/FED EX size or weight limits will be shipped via freight truck. These items include but are not limited to major appliances, entry doors, awnings, and most large hitches and tow-bar assemblies including tow dollies.

UPS/FED EX shipments require a physical address, No P.O. Boxes.
We will ship to a P.O. Box via USPS.

Also, be aware that if you request UPS 2nd Day Air on a Thursday you will receive the package on Monday as UPS does not deliver 2nd Day on weekends. 
Same thing goes for Next Day ordered on a Friday, your package will be delivered on Monday.


Returns & Exchanges

Fleet Oil and Truck Supply will gladly accept returns if you've received a damaged or defective part, the wrong item or you are not happy with the order.

The following steps will ensure a smooth return:

1. Call or email for Return Authorization.
2. Make sure your Order number and name are included inside the box.
3. Re-pack the items securely with the original packaging and send to:

4. If you choose to return via US Postal Service please send with "Delivery Confirmation" and or Insurance to protect yourself. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

International Sales

Canadian customers, please call or email your request and we will give you the total including shipping fees.
Customers in certain countries (see list at check out) may pay with credit card or PayPal.
Customers in all other countries please email a list of the items you would like to purchase and your complete mailing address including phone number and we will determine the shipping fees and send an email with the total. Orders must be paid with PayPal.
The cost of shipping is generated by UPS, FED EX and USPS and may not be accurate. We will check the shipping and either request more funds or refund fees prior to shipping.
Orders that are either to large or heavy to ship will be canceled and an email will be sent.
Free shipping does not apply to International sales.
